5160 is a tough steel making an excellent chopper which I have ground it to a nice slicing slicing edge: best of two worlds.
Forged from 1/4 inch 5160 heat treated to Rc 58-60
Flat grind with a Scotch Bright finish
Forged texture on the flats
Stabilized and dyed curly ash handle
