I purchased these knives from Bob Taylor at a knife/gun show in the late 1980's.
Bob removed the clips on the spot after I complained that they were the the weak link in an otherwise robust folder. He did a professional job as he filled the drill holes in the scale with either SS cap screws and SS rivets. Anyway, the blades are like new with any cutting relegated to envelopes. They have spent time on my coffee table and have been gently handled. The Pioneer has a plain blade. Any collector would be proud to own these knives. My problem is that I don't know how to value these knives and welcome your suggestions. My REKATS are among my favorites in my collection gathered up right before Y2K and Bob Taylor's demise. I ordered another Carnivore and Pioneer as soon as I returned home from the show and plan to give them to my nephew if he ever quits being a sissy. Please help me hear regarding values.
