This is a big chopper for the kitchen, however, the blade is thin which makes it lightweight. If you prefer to use a large knife for all your kitchen work this is the one, it will spit chickens or slice a tomato.
The width of the blade prevents you fingers being trapped under the handle when cutting and the gentle curve keeps the wrist in a more natural position when cutting on a counter top. Great knife for all you cooking.
Steel ATS 34, HT to RC 59 with Cyro, 1/8 thick
Handle stabilize Amboya Burl w/Mosaic pins
Blade 8" with mirror polish, full flat grind to 0.02 and 22.5 degree bevel
handle 4 7/8 overall.
Price $155.00, included shipping to lower 48
Paypal preferred but all $$ accepted
