This is a big chopper for the kitchen, however, the blade is thin which makes it lightweight. If you prefer to use a large knife for all your kitchen work this is the one, it will spit chickens or slice a tomato.

The width of the blade prevents you fingers being trapped under the handle when cutting. Curve of blade allows for chopping while holding the front of the blade on cutting board. Great knife for all you cooking.

Steel ATS 34, HT to RC 59 with Cyro, 1/8 thick, Blade 8" long with 600 grit hand rubbed, full flat grind to 0.02 and not sharp yet you can pick your bevel.

Handle, stabilize Madrona Burl w/Mosaic pins 4 7/8" overall. Rounded to fit hand and a round grip is ground into the front of the handle to allow for a easy grip at the front of the blade

Price $155.00, included shipping to lower 48 (sold
Paypal preferred but all $$ accepted

Cutting board is 10 x 13" end grain bamboo, $65.00

I made the cutting board with the help of a friend you are seeing the endgrain, it is treated with a food grade mineral oil. The blade is 2" wide at the widest point

Well, if it will actually spit chickens, it should pay for itself soon enough. I'll take it;)
