Large Chef Knife
This is a big chopper for the kitchen, however, with a full flat grind and a thin edge makes it lightweight and a good slicer . If you prefer to use a large knife for all your kitchen work this is the one, it will spit chickens or slice a tomato.
The width of the blade prevents your fingers being trapped under the handle when cutting and the gentle curve keeps the wrist in a more natural position when cutting at counter top height. Handle is contoured for comfort and grip, with a bevel at the front for a pinch grip. Great knife for all your cooking.
Steel ATS 34 Stainless, HT to RC 59 with Cyro, 1/8 thick
Handle stabilized Maple Burl w/Mosaic pins handle 4 3/4 overall.
