Large Cryo... release date?

I want to get my hands on one of these. Has there been any info on when it will start shipping?

Well Thomas will probably tell us that it comes when it comes. If the Cryo 1 was any indication, we will know they started shipping when the first customer gets one....

My question is, if the 1555TI is a little heavy knife, how heavy will this larger version be.

Probably after Halloween but before Christmas.

IMO Cryo I isn't heavy by any stretch. It was just heavier than I imagined at first. I sharpened mine for the first time today on a SharpMaker and it didn't feel heavy after 30 minutes of sharpening.

It has a full metal frame. It would be lighter if it were skeletonized. But then it would look weird.

The cryo 2 will be sweet. Hopefully I can get one by Christmas.
