Greetings everyone, I’ll call this a large fighter I guess since it's pretty big and doesn't quite fit the classical bowie pattern.

Dimensions - 1/8” x 11 5/8” OAL and 1 3/8” tall – 6 5/8” from tip to guard. Pro HT to 60,61 by Paul Bos (great folks over there BTW). – Hand sanded to 600 grit for a satin finish. Edge before sharpening was .010” or so, it is QUITE sharp. It balances on the guard. The swedge also around .010 and could easily be apexed.

The handle is K&G stabilized Jacaranda, with a scalloped blued steel and brass guard and Green/Orange G10 spacers. The handle is sanded to 2000 grit and finished with carnauba wax. The handle feels great in my average size hand. The “Sabercat” sheath makes it easy to deploy with great retention.

Price is $240 to your US door, and of course your satisfaction is my only priority. I can accept paypal (G&S only please), check or MO, and the price includes fees and free shipping in the US.

Thanks so much for looking! Please feel free to comment, ask anything here or via PM.

Thanks Jack I really appreciate it. Yeah the top of the guard has that shallow concavity I call owls ears. Easy smooth access to the spine and enough height to get your thumb behind for a push. And I like the various contrasting materials too, there's reinforcing pins either side of the tang on these.

Hi JJ, funny story there, I haven't used the sabercat since 2019 when I had a series I called the Fangers, large and medium upswept Persian style. I was looking for ideas on this one and there it was! Here's the Mega Fanger from way back:

Hi Jack yes Wenge and Padauk go together like cookies and milk (or peanuts and beer?) I may make some more in the next batch.
