Large Insingo 21 alignment

I believe the OP is looking for advice on his situation. I don't think he is asking for opinions about how many CRK's leave the factory with uncentered blades.

My suggestion is to contact CRK and explain the situation, then a better decision can be made as to what should be done. CRK knows the knives better than any of us and therefore can offer better advice.

I guess the point of my advice, that maybe has been missed or misunderstood, is that perhaps nothing has to be 'done' about it at all. Maybe the blade is just off center a bit and maybe that is fine.

The knife will not go from being centred to being off on it's own, either the pivot is backing out or "another problem" exists. While an off centre blade is very unusual it does happen, it can be down to the edge bevel, blade grind, warping or fit of the knife. All of those will be a constant though and not one that flip-flops form being there to not being there. You sent the knife to CRK and they sent it back fixed so I expect that there is "another problem" at the helm here.

^^ exactly. My thoughts as well.
