Large Insingo vs 25

I like them ALL!

Fortunate to have one of each, too. I picked the 25 but want a small micarta Insingo, think it would be pretty handy.

I have the large Insingo micarta and it's ok with me, but the 25 feels like it would never break. That's one solid knife.

I get a little "confused" when an individual talks about a knife "never breaking", I mean, with the intended use of a knife ... the mnandi and 25 are equal in streght in my opinion.... Now, if you actually wanted a crowbar instead, well then just go and get one... a knife is made for cutting/slicing and in some cases stabbing... but I can't see a task that would require a knife to be brought to its breaking point.... unless that task was an unreasonable task to ask of a knife....

Slicing boxes, opening mail, cutting twine and rope and zip ties... are all reasonable tasks, anything with food prep also reasonable, but battoning on a folder? or using it to "pry" is just misuse ... so to me the only difference between an mnandi and 25 or zaan... is that it's got a smaller cutting surface.... used properly none are stronger than the other...
