Hi Folks,
I'm not known for wood handle knives but I love curly koa and black walnut. I just have to use this material once or twice a year but the rest of the time, it's Fossil Ivory
I had this bowie on my available page a few months ago for $2100. Thought I had it sold but it fell through. I've been thinking of re-handling it in ivory but just can't bring myself to do it.
This one has a 12" blade forged from 1-3/8" round 1086M (Howard Clark steel) 1-3/4" wide and 3/16" thick at the guard. Very light for it's size! Clay heat treated for hamon. Damascus fittings and stabilized curly Koa from Hawaii. 18k gold pin. 17-3/8" over all length.
Special Price, $1700 shipped overnight in a Bill's Custom Case. Paypal OK. Thanks for looking. (Sale Pending, Thanks!)
