I recently had a visitor to my shop who is not only a great gentleman, but also a fine knife maker and friend. His name is Leon Hall and although he is now retired from knifemaking, he certainly hasn't forgotten how it's done. He was kind enough to help me get started making lockbacks. Thanks Leon!
Here's the specs on this one:
Blade, lockbar, and spacer are CPM-154
Blade is hollow ground and bead blasted
Liners are 410 stainless -jeweled inside and mill relieved around pivot
Black G10 scales
Titanium spring
Good snap open and closed...tight lockup
Overall length is 8 11/16" including lanyard ring; blade is 3 5/8" tip to frame
