Well it only took me 4 hours to decide that the Zaan is staying in my pocket so this one is going.
I just received this knife today and Its just not for me. This is a user knife. It has several trails / scuffs but no dings or knocks that I can see. The Micarta is excellent and the action on this knife is very nice. The blade has a couple light scratches near the thumb stud and a lateral scratch on each side from I am guessing some form of sharpening clamp. This brings us to the edge….
…It was sharpened by either a monkey or an idiot or both. This knife will need a new edge put on it as its not great.
All this means that if you are looking for a work knife I have a deal for you. If you want to send it in for spa and sharpening I have a deal for you. If you want to post this to your instagram account move on as this is not your knife.
