Birthdate is 12/22/14, the knife will ship with: hex key, CRK sticker, lanyard and pin, and all the paper work. The knife was originally purchased from WTLJ here on the forums. according to my knowledge the knife has never been re-sharpend. It shows some sign of use but overall is in great condition, lock up and centering are perfect. Asking Traded
