hELLO, I HAVE HERE A SPIKED TOMAHAWK THAT HAS A HANDLE OF stained ash at the length of 19" long. The spike is very sharp, cut myself twice on it, of 4 1/2" long, with a cutting head of 2 1/4" long that protrudes 4 1/2" from the beginning of the drift. The drift is tight. The handle has a widened bottom so slippage will be at a minimum. Nice length on this one. no play in the drift area.
The head has a slight taper to it at the blade edge and so at the spike end. Rough forged but i did clean it up on a scotbright wheel.
asking $250 delivered. This is one I would take on patrol when i was Recon in the Army for certain. The steel was hand forged from a 16 oz ball peen hammer and has one heck of a sharp point to the spike, guaranteed to go through a kevlar for certain.
Definately my choice for the field, I also have a smaller version avails fable so look for that. Right now text me for a pic as I am waiting for my wife to transfer the pic from my phone to put up herel\
