Large survival knife

Himalayan Imports Kukri... keep an eye out on the sub forum for good deals..... just another option. otherwise imacasa machete or marbles(made by imacasa) works great and same as esee machete. (esee machete is made by imacasa as is condor) imacasa can be had around 10-15 $ and ive seen the marbles for 20 with a sheath.
 
Since u live in a rainforest u might want to consider a stainless steel, and along that line check out a Fallkniven
 
I carry a roselli axe in my pack, fallkniven volcano on my belt and a Fallkniven juni hung on a ball chain around my neck
 
Nessmuk trio: a saw or a hatchet, small fixed blade, and smaller knife, either a folder or 3inch edc.
 
I like them all but a microtech crosshair one side serrated and tge other straight in ellmax steel is perfect .no rust usa as a machete saw .the wide blafe can be used to signal also.
