Here are the specs:

outside : 26mm x 136mm
inside: 20mm x 114mm
3mm thick walls

Cap has a lanyard hole. Each piece will come with 2 o-rings.

This is large enough to hold 2AA, 2AAA, or 3 cr123 batteries. The titanium fire pistons I make also fit nicely in these as well.

Here are some pictures:

Price is $160, this includes priority shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance on the piece.

I can heat anodize the piece for $20 more. and it would look something like this:

to get things started, I will offer $30 off to the first person to post " I will take $30 off" in exchange for a review with pictures on a seperate thread in bladeforums.

Hey Exo...always drool over your stuff.

Any idea what the volume of liquid that this could hold (and then open and pour).

To be more direct...Im looking for a like shaped small flask for scotch (between 1 and 3 oz give or take), and steel makes it taste bad and plastic us ugly. There are a few Ti flasks out there (snowpeak...mucho $$, and a little one from backcountry.com that may win my dollars but is a bit small).

Maybe the next Ti gadget on your list is a purpose built flask? :D

Friendly bump.

You know your the first person to ask the volume of water these hold. Thats a good question. I will check and get back to you. If I had to guess id say it would hold 2 oz. But I will let you know for sure when I get a chance.

Thanks Exo. Hoping for more than 1 and half night caps, but I will let you know if a self christmas present is in order. I see they are watertight from the outside in...but how about keeping the inside from getting out?
