Large Wilson combat Sebenza 21 interesting pivot

Thanks man. Now that's something I never would have thought about; and now that I think about it, I guess you can tailor a CRK for every occasion; a Mnandi for opening presents, a TiLock for peeling oranges, a plain Jane for EDC, a Blue Steam for a company party, etc. just don't let other non knife people handle them, or don't let anyone handle them for that matter; I just remembered someone else's TiLock being ruined the first day at work, bummer. Hey thanks for the ideas and tips man, I appreciate that.

Also, thanks UAB89 for your observation regarding the washer; you started with a washer and we ended up going through the whole range of knives, almost; at least I thought about the whole range of models. Each one has its own peculiarities, and all of them are excellent. I love CRK blades...

Yes we derailed this thread most certainly. So getting back on track, I do not own any Wilson Combat models, but will find a reason to "require" the extra traction on the WC slabs, and the new washer on the 21 someday.

The wilsons are lookers.

Is this only for the larges? My small Insingo made in August 2015 has the old style washers.

I just discovered one of those little things I was talking about, I don't know how I missed it during the first inspection, the logo on the pivot is not only engraved but also blue anodized! See what I mean?

I know I'm getting sidetracked but this ties into the manufacturing excellence I'm so fond of with CRK, these little Mnandis, though too small for my hands, are a work of art, I think.

I don't have any problems with derailment especially when we get some awesome pics like these! That wood inlay is beautiful on that mnandis

Yeah I mainly got the Wilson combat because I have always loved the look! The extra traction is a bonus! I love it thus far
