Just for clarity SAKs are folding knives -
so I'm assuming you mean the main (large) knife blade?
If so on the "standard sized" SAKs - the closed lengths are:
Victorinox 91mm
Wenger 85mm
so the Victorinox have slightly longer main knife blades.
It should be noted that the Victorinox "Pioneer" series with the Alox (aluminum) handles of which the Soldier (the standard Swiss military issue) is one - actually measure approx 93-94mm and their main blades are slightly even longer still, they are also thicker (note: not necessarily such a good thing)
Of course both Victorinox and Wenger make larger locking blade SAKs - closed lengths -
Victorinox 111mm
Wenger 4 7/8" (= 124mm)
