I have to disagree..Larry isn't good, he is Greattttttt!
Never met anyone in ANY business that treats you with such respect!
He is my FIRST source for ANY knife, without considering price..
 
I have only "dealt" (deal pending) with Knife Art one time. It was different experience than many "on-line" dealers.

I dialed the 800 number and someone actually answered. Larry was generous with his time and even went so far as to have another person (Vince) check inventory (physically) and also to open boxes to compare size and design differences between two models I was considering. All this for a relatively inexpensive piece.

Needless to say I placed the order and the said it would go out that day. I'll be ordering from these guys again!

Got the knife Monday; exactly on schedule. It was shipped via the method I requested, they made the effort to get it out when they said they would. I was charged for shipping at exactly what it cost and the knife was well packed and as represented.

Hate when all of that happens
