Any chef's here ? Larry Rosi set. 3/32" thick 154 CM ss flat ground,Rc 62. Natural dark color ,stabilized Oregon maple burl with green liners,ss corby bolts. Green liners. I may shoot for better pics ,but this is a great find as a set together
