My Canadian, made from a .214" thick bar of 5160 high carbon spring steel,oil hardened and tempered to 475F. The body is left with the file marks from leveling, and the flats are out to a 180 grit matte. The Cocobolo scales are polished and finished with an orange oil/beeswax combo,feature hand inlet brass hardware,and are removable for cleaning or maintenance. Carbon steel MUST be cared for and WILL patina with use so i offer Parkerization free of charge. Or i could clean it up and polish it if you want.
