nice score! I just got the DD workrest and grinding jig. also got a glass platen from pfundlab and set of small wheels down to 1/4"

I got one of those work rests recently. Nice.

Glad I read this thread. That work rest from DDWorkrest should be a fine addition to my shop, just ordered 1.

I got a really nice 1947 Wilton bandsaw. It cuts my stock for damascus in a second, and i can flip it up and profile all my knives on it. It was a machinists so there are tons of cool mods for better persision.

No pic, since it's not very exciting, but a proper Oxy-Propane torch setup for differential hardening. Acetylene runs about 2 tanks to one oxy tank and it's gotten really expensive last couple years. One 20lb propane tank will run through 3-4 oxys...now I just need a brazing tip for soldering sterling.

I bought an Esteem from Brett. Why? Because I'm a plumber and he needed plumbing fixed. Plus he's been my friend for 5 years and his grinder is awesome.
