I've been telling myself 3 or 4 knives ago I need to stop making knives and make sheaths. This is the last one till I get the leather work taken care of. Got the inspiration for this knife from the piece before it. I wanted to make pretty much the same blade shape except a little larger. Blade on this one is 12 7/8" out of Aldo's 1084. Iron fittings and a stab. piece of gold dyed zebrawood from Gallery Hardwoods. Overall its 19" and weighs right around 1 pound.

Raymond, you have an immense talent !! I was thru Gresham last week on my trip to the VA. Hospital, would like to stop and meet you sometime. I spent some years in Alaska too, we would have many things to talk about. Thanks for sharing. Dave.

I love it. About how thick is the spine at the guard? I can just see me now. Clearing trails, taking on Bears, in the kitchen slaying any vegetable or fruit that is that comes near me.

I know I've told you a million times so one more won't hurt............ Dayum, I just love your style Ray   Those blades are real beauties < !!!!
