I already have two BWMs, one I full convexed. But that beautiful LE was calling me, and it was still on the order page at Busse Combat, so I finally ordered one. We all have our different tastes in choppers, but I tend to like them on the thinner and lighter side. I can't wait to see that BWM LE beauty in my hand!
 
It is a beauty for sure. When you get it, beat it and post some pics.

Count on it! I even have a nice Rainwalker leather sheath coming that I ordered for my Ghetto Satin BWM. I think the LE will get the nice sheath.

Isnt the LE a little thicker than the cg?
I hope it fits in Jeffs sheath.
I was very tempted at the LE,but I grabbed
a few B-11's instead :)

I think the leather can stretch a few thousanths of an inch to accomodate the very slight additional thickness of the LE. With kydex, it would matter.
 
Maybe, but the difference in thickness is actually kind of noticeable.More so than I thought at the time of ordering them. you can feel the weight difference too. Maybe a already stretched out sheath.
 
You may be right. I went back to the order page and the thickness was .220". I was thinking .200". I will check with Jeff and see how far along he is on the sheath. I can always use my Cordura Dog Father sheath.
 
I think you'll love that Bwmle Horn Dog. I know i do, its about as close to a saber Shbm as we are probably going to see. Congrats, :thumbup::cool:

Those LE BWM are beautiful knives and I'd love to have one.

I have the CF model and its sweet.

I didn't know the BWM are still for sale on Busse Combat page.
 
I loved my cg, esp since its nearly half the cash but when i had a chance to get a used one at a deal, i jumped on it. It was the best choice ive made in a while. Its much more expensive then the cg but it really is a whole different monster. If i was forced sell it or my nmfbm cg i would sell the nm. It is very nice, congrats on the purchase.

I ordered the BWMLE just before the announcement of the KZ2LE,and thought
to myself; "I'm gunna have ta pick one?" ...... Then I slapped myself and the
right mentality came rushing back.... "GET BOTH" .... :thumbup:


I'm glad that stint of madness only lasted momentarily....:o

The 25th at 10:00pm Eastern can't come soon enough....And
neither can that Mistress...
 
I would like to do some chopping with one. I have held one (bushwacker model) but have never swung one into wood.

They are beauts for sure.

Anyone know off hand what the weight of the CF's are?

Good news for me on the sheath. Jeff (Rainwalker) will make it a bit thicker to accomodate the LE. :D:thumbup:
