hey folks..
we have another weekend long, 3-D traditional archery shoot coming up in a few weeks.. i was checking my arrows and they were looking pretty ragged, so i figgured i was about due to make another dozen..
i have slowly but surely been working on these for the past week or so.. we have been super busy lately and i have just been squeezing in an hour here and there at my workbench... it is a long tedious process.. i ran into a few hicups along the way (think, don't rush), but they turned out okay.. i finally just put on the last fletch last night..
here you go.. they are Port orford cedar shafts, spined @ 45-50#, they're cut to 29 in. long to accomidate my draw length.. i stained them with a light honey maple wood stain, crested them and them gave them 4 coats/dips in laquer.. hence the shinyness...
in process.. before nocks, laquer, points and fletches.. i wish i would have taken more pics while i was working..

cheers.. Mike
