Latest chef knife

Thanks again folks and thank you Bill it was great to be in your shop last week and get some tips first hand on making these things and I cant wait to see the blade you forged while we watched. that was a lot of fun.
 
Really a great looking chef design, Dave! Looks very inviting. Would love to see something like that on your table in LR. Maybe the bug will hit again before then.

Thanks Dave, It was my pleasure having you Andrea and Clementine here. I am going to try and Have that knife done for little rock.
 
Got to see one of Lisch's kitchen knives today, a combination of cutoffs damascus with a solid integral handle. Amazing looking stuff in person. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and the fit and finish. Very good attention to detail. I can say the person getting the knife I looked at today is gonna be one happy chef.
 
Thanks Corey it was good to meet you today thanks for the 52100 for the record the piece you saw today was a cleaver and I am hoping to show them here soon
