Custom orders heading out this evening to a chef at The Federal in Durham, NC. This is the very first of my new hybrid pattern chef's knife to go out. Very excited

Beautyful, seemed to be useful, but personally I would make the handle larger (I mean width dimension).
This is micarta and pakka wood ?

The smaller handle is Kirinite with PVC liners, the larger handle is Micarta with Kirinite and PVC spacers.
