Custom orders heading out this evening to a chef at The Federal in Durham, NC. This is the very first of my new hybrid pattern chef's knife to go out. Very excited:)





 
Beautyful, seemed to be useful, but personally I would make the handle larger (I mean width dimension).
This is micarta and pakka wood ?
