Beautiful knife. I am envious of your photography skills. The Mammoth Ivory was a perfect choice.

Gentlemen -

Thanks for the kind words. If wasn't easy to find mammoth ivory that had dark AND light coloring to match up with the grain of the wood (to make the color flow through the whole knife) but I finally found some in my box of raw ivory. If you look at the picture of the profiles of the knife you'll see that the ivory sort of continues the grain pattern of the wood on both sides - one better than the other...;) but it's there.

I agree, I love the knife and I think your photography skills are top notch also. I have been working on that.

Wayne,
I mean a great looking knife. As nice as the Double Iron I own from you. Keep up the great work.

Wayno, you are the devil hisself, lol, temptin' a poor bloke like that! If not for my wife threatening me with the frying pan, I'd be all over this one. Somebody, please save this poor soul from eternal banishment to the doghouse!!!

At least you'd have a frying pan AND a knife in the doghouse with you. Bring along little Coleman stove and a steak and you're all set :D

72 Hour bump for a snowy weekend...

It's dumping as I type. The third storm this week with blizzard conditions.
Last Friday was 30 inches; Wednesday another 18"... and today, who knows.

And I thank the good Lord for a warm shop on days like this!
