Last year I asked this same question and got a lot of response:

What are you carrying now? Lately I have been carrying the Al Mar SERE 2000. I often have my Benchmade 710 or Spyderco Wegner. I have a Spyderco Chinook on order, so I may carry it for awhile.

I want to cartry a quality knife, but one that can be fairly easily replaced. I have some "nicer" knives that I reserve for off duty and suit carry.

Right now a CRKT Crawford/Kasper and a Crawford Kasper neck knife. I have ordered a Masters of Defense CQD to carry instead of the CRKT. and a buck intrepid in my work bag soon to be replaced by a Becker Tac-Tool

Lately it's been a BM 830 Ascent plainedge or a BM 730 plainedge on the strongside. I recently retired my Endura serrated after about ten years of use. Sometimes a Livesay G-45 around the neck and always a Leatherman Micra in the pocket. Dave

Lately it's been a plain edge Military with ATS-34 blade.

I just bought my girlfriend, who is also a cop, a plain edge Native. I haven't received it yet but she's looking forward to carrying it. She wanted something smaller than my Military.

I'm looking at possibly a Starmate or a Wegner as my next knife. I love the Military but my small hands and the long handle make reversing the grip quickly, especially from the draw, a bit more work than I'd like (I have to pivot it at the end of the clip instead of at the indentation which isn't where my grip naturally falls when I draw it. Not major but it's a good excuse to buy another knife. :-)

Hey Guys...

I just did a custom Nimravus Cub rig for a local LEO.

The knife sits on a little panel that will either be velcro'd or be screwed to another panel on the inside of the LEO ballistic vest.

We haven't quite worked that out 100%,, but either way,, it's a Kick A$$ little backup rig....

Emerson LA Griffe for the neck, CQC7 strongside and Spydie Delica on the weak side. I am also looking forward to getting a Chinook and a Gunting. Both will get a tryout on duty.
