My oh my, that Foxy Folly!!!! Ain't she sweet!

Wait a minute, we're missing a picture of a Bowie here. I can smell bowies, I think Steely taught me how.

I think this is the Bowie, but wait for confirmation from Auntie. NICE!

Foxy or Bowie, I know this consternation is gonna make me a loser, I can feel it in my cells. Both super nice. I should be good and not ponder this and make myself crazy!

OK, ok, who was that, just said TOO LATE!!!!!

I wish you good luck. Historically new folks have very good luck here, you should be no exception.

Sorry fish face - Yangdu may have another one if you mail her.
I was waiting for the perfect pair to my 18 inch 25 ounce white metal Thamar dui Chirra! Now I've got them in white and gold!

I did get it! Beginner's luck is real and I hope it holds out for a while...

It will be my second HI khukuri in a week. The first was a CAK by Kumar that I bought through the regular site. I love it and it has been put to some serious work clearing and chopping some cedar in the Texas hill country.

My dad was in Nepal in the Peace Corps in the 60's and he had a khukuri he brought back that I was crazy about as a kid. They recently moved and now he can't find it (he thinks the movers stole it). He said I could have it some day, but now I will never see it again. So, I started researching online, found HI, bought my own, and now I have two in a week.

I am khukoo for khukuris!

Nice scores guys!

Cul, is that your first FF? Or did you have one already?

Khukoo, I think you will find that those 2 knives, no matter how well you separate them, will manage to multiply like bunny rabbits :) Here's hoping your dad's khuk shows up packed away in a box!

Kanano, it's funny, were on similar thought paths, but going opposite directions; I have a Thamar DC with white metal fittings as well, but I'm looking to get a Yek and Tin with white metal, rather than a DC with gold! I love seeing how different people chose to grow their collections.

Thank God you went for that Foxy Folly cul, I was about to send the message. You don't know how bad I really don't need one of those...yet really want one.

You beat me to it Cul! Congrats man... You actually save me because I already have a Suri in the mail.

Those Sirus are serious blades, I've got a 15, 18", and 22", all made by Tirtha, awesomely deadly, and beautiful.

Thank God you went for that Foxy Folly cul, I was about to send the message. You don't know how bad I really don't need one of those...yet really want one.

Thanks guys, but I haven't got a DD yet, so here's to hoping that my quest to finally get one, is fulfilled by destiny, and she thinks that I'm worthy to give such a blade a loving home.

I knew that Foxy was gonna draw a crowd, I was ready to push the button myself. I'm happier that Cul's long quest for a first is hopefully over.
I have a very large big handled Foxy, hoping to get a smaller one for it to play with someday.

Now I can focus on not sending an email on that Bowie, This appears to be a good one too.
