Laynards

[STAGE 2]

I'm looking for a paracord lanyard for my new northstar. I've looked at several places and the only one's over found that I've really like are full of hokey looking skulls and other ridiculous looking trinkets. Since I'm not an "operator" or "tacticool" I just want a regular braided lanyard....

...and no I don't have the time or patience to do this myself. I know there are tutorials and such, but thats just not what I want to do.

The skulls are easily removed. I have two Wilson tactical square knots on my Sebs. All other lanyards are either made by Maddaddy, or made by me. The lanyards are easy to make, think about whether you really want it on your fixed blades. I have them on my 4 in and shorter fixed blades, and except for my Gossman PSK and Stomper HB, they get in the way. For the Stomper and Gossman, they add to the handle length for me. When batoning, or chopping (not recommended for a smaller fb, at least thats my opinion), the knot lanyards have gotten in the way.

There are many makers on here that you can support, I would go with them if you don't want to make them yourself. Lots of neat lanyards with some real cool colors.

you can also get them with a ferro rod in the middle. seems like a good idea to me.
