This is a SERE model of the LBK (Little Big Knife). The standard or woodsman style is a thin bladed knife with considerably less mass. The SERE model is my attempt to get the best cutting performance out of a full convex ground spearpoint with a thicker spine at the hilt.

This particular one is done with a tapered tang. So thickness at the hilt is .170, with a full taper forward and rearward.

Blade is 5160 with a differential temper, fully convex ground. Length of the blade is 4.5 inches with an overall knife length of 9.5 inches. The blade is 1 7/16 broad at the top of the thumbramp.

Scales are Shadetree burlap phenolic (micarta) with expanded pressure fit stainless tubing for the pins. The blade is cold blued.

Sheath is a multi-position style explorer model, with retaining strap. Koyote Girl made.

Asking $200, ... SOLD

thanks!

Awesome!

What a great looking knife!

I must resist the urge to buy back that burlap laminate.;)

Knives like that sure make it tough. And the sheath is a work of art too!

Again, awesome!

Todd- the scaling effect of the burlap is just amazing. I may be asking you later if there's a way to vary the colors a bit......

Thanks, I get a big kick out of seeing what you makers do with it. We just need to get it in more hands!
