Guy I got it from at Blade said that he got it directly from Matt Conable, and it never had a cert. No serial number, pure one off....I don't know if this is true, he says it is 154cm. It's a nice knife and I probably paid too much for it.
Price-$1,000.00

I'm interested in your WH but I'm afraid that 070206 is shown as a different knife in the old WH archive. WHat number is engraved on the inside backstrap of your knife? The cert of authencity should be an orange/red color not black and white like your pic shows. Looks like a copy of the orig cert . Do you have the orig box for this knife?

070206 in the archive pics shows black bladed t10 with diff koftgari patterned bolster and cocobolo scales. Your pic show snakewood scales like you state, something got mixed up looks like. email me, i'm interested. might be interested in a trade..........

edit-just noticed , your knife is plain ats or 154cm blade, not boron coated which would be black, you have the wrong cert

STeven,
Thank you! I look forward to meeting up with you, tomorrow evening in Encinitas. I'll buy you a cold one...whatever you're having!

If someone were to offer you $5-600 for the WH, I'd take it and run. WHen Matt sold knives at the show, they always had certs, sheaths and boxes. They sold MANY such oneoffs to dealers when they had extra parts left over from production runs. I have many such oneoffs, but all came with certs and boxes plus the sheath.
If they guy you got it from is the guy that gave you the bogus cert with the knife, I wouldn't believe a word he says...............jmo

I paid more than that, so I'd rather keep it.
