Leather for a BK5 and BK15

Hey, I thought I'd start by asking here ... has anyone had a leather sheath made for a Becker BK15 and or a Becker BK5???

I am working on refinishing one of each as I use them so much ... I was hoping to find a good leather sheath for each to keep the pair that I am trying to refinish and dress up a little instead of using the plastic lined factory sheath.

So I was wondering if anyone had ever had a leather sheath for either model made ? ... and if so who made them?

I had RedNoseLeather make one for my old BK20. It was exceptional! We have a member here @grogimus who makes excellent sheaths for the folks over on the CPK forum. I know he owns Beckers too, so he may be able to hook you up. I know he's swamped now trying make sheaths for the MC.
 
Patriot Leather Co. has 'em listed.
May try Sagewood Gear or Hedgehog Leatherworks to see if they have a pattern for the trailing-points.

Most of the makers in the Becker forum should be able to work something up for you. My 5 & 15 sheath is kydex, but Psyop created some fine leather for a number of my other BK's, large and small. If he's still around...

Grog was my first thought ... and I may talk to him about it ... I know he is kind of swamped right now ... I'm busy enough now he may have time to get them wirked out before I have time to finish the knives up ...

Sagewood doesn't carry sheath for those models ... I'll have to check Patriot Leather ...

and maybe check with RedNoseLeather too.

I ordered one for the 5 from Patriot last week. Site says it has a two week turnaround. I’m patiently waiting.

Thanks ... I knew it would fit in the KaBar but with all I'm planning on doing with the knives I kind of want a real nice sheath to match ... hopefully the knives turn out good and will deserve a good piece of leather.
 
Thats a nice looking sheath ... and if you made that last night just from reading this thread you have some skills ... very nice!
 
I'll build a standard snap closure tonight. I've had the 5 for awhile.
 
I would like to see the snap closure sheath if you get it done that may be very very close to what I was picturing in my mind for these two knives.

But the dark reddish brown one, second from the left. Wow.
