Leather for a Giant (pic heavy)

You freaking Silent Knight hog!!!!!! No wonder I can't find one!

Well, I won't publicly name the 4 hogs that I know have other SKs, but I am stalking them ... :D

Unfortunately they aren't the "selling type" :grumpy:

Dude, this think is HUGE. I think it's the only Busse that's ever bitten me :D

Thanks again for the kind words

now if only someone who also owns a moab could do a side by side shot of these...

pretty spectacular.

I would type "wow" a hundred times, but I don't want to look like an idiot. :)

Those, Eli, are very nice. Thanks for the pics!

Jiminy Christmas, those are beautiful.

I didn't know you were a leather crafter xaman, do you sell your services?

Not often, I've heard that's a good way to make a hobby no fun anymore --- but I have been known to trade leather for more infi :D

That's some good stuff right there with the morning joe.

I wish I had skillz; bowhunting skills, nun-chuck skills, leather sheath making skills....Chicks only dig guys with skillz!

Eli....your leather skills have come a LONG way from that Ruck sheath I first saw! OUTSTANDING!!!!

It might just be the pictures!

Yeah, LOL. there is a very steep learning curve to leatherwork. But once you get past the beginning (and acquire a few tools) it's not all that hard, just VERY time consuming.

With that said, the guys that do this for a living have my utmost respect  If I tried to make a living from it, I'd be making about 4 dollars per hour, maybe $4.25 :p

Nice Eli !!

I like how you made the new one to match.

What are you using for a tie down on Magnums little brother?

It's an elastic para-cord type thingy from REI. The elastic works really well, doesn't cut off circulation, but keeps it fairly snug. Of course, it can also be used as "rope" if needed out in the field...
