I wish I had an original edc to try the fit , but I don’t have one.

Bill if I may, please accept this entry as another proxy for Lorien, unless Grenock has maxed out the allowed proxy entries (can't recall if he did 1 or 2 for LA?). As far as fit for the OG-EDC (prototype to the EDC1), I don't see a glaring issue with leather unless made as tightly molded as kydex and if even though, I had managed to mistakenly insert my EDC2 inside an EDC1 kydex sheath without any damage to either the sheath or the knife but as always YMMV
