Leatherman Charge TTi - thoughts/opinions?

I just received a Tti and on opening it a thin copper washer fell out! Casual inspection doesn't reveal a place where a copper washer is missing, but I did notice a rather large gap in the device next to the Phillips driver. Does anyone know if this is normal?
Looks normal to me. That's the slot where the pocket clip attaches. What is not normal is a copper washer falling out. I can't tell you what that is all about.
I have used Leatherman tools for years. Over the years I have owned 5 different models with the Charge being my last purchase. I have no complaints, all the tools I owned met my expectations. My son did break the saw blade out of my Super Tool attempting to cut a limb about the size of a broom handle. I returned it to Leatherman, they took care of it in a timely manner. As for the Charge it is a good tool though a little heavy for me. Good product, lifetime warranty, what else could you ask for. I manage to lose my charge though and recently replaced it with a Victorinox Swiss Tool, just wanting to buy something different. It's heavy also!
