Good condition - some minor patina, scuffs, nicks, scratches but no rust issues and all tools are in good to great working order. The wire cutters recently got a little notch in them that causes some minor sticking while opening the pliers from a closed position. It has improved since it happened. Got some paint on the nylon sheath that should clean up well with some alcohol. Comes with extended driver, deluxe bit kit shown in pics and another smaller replacement bit kit not shown.
