I see Leatherman has a customizer on their site now. https://www.leatherman.com/on/deman...-USA-Site/default/Product-Spectrum?pid=832531. However, it’s only the wave and it’s only designs. Shame you can’t customize which tools are included or pick from other models. That’d change the game completely!

It would change the game, probably to one without Leatherman. People always want custom, but they don't want to pay custom price and they never want to settle for what is physically possible.
I wouldn’t mind paying a premium but it’d be nice to be able to pick literally every tool on it. I know that’s not going to happen though.

No problem. Build your own, put whatever you want in it.
I’ve actually swapped a few tools but the problem is buying a whole multi tool just to swap in one component you want. I wish I could just buy the individual tools by themselves and install them myself. I love tinkering with stuff like that.
