Hi all I sent my Leatherman blast in after I broke it in a wildland fire awhile back..sent a note saying i'd be happy to pay for repairs. That was 5 days ago, I got it a box from them today and they sent me a brand new one no charge. I am Very impressed with their customer service and going above and beyond is rare to find these days. Thanks all. I've really missed my leatherman.

Wow, that's really awesome. I have a TI Charge and it's been excellent so far. Thanks for the info, glad to know and Congrats on your new Leatherman ;)

gonna get a charge and a juice at some point in the future. With this kind of service and product backing..I will defintely support them

I have a Wave and a Supertool 300. Once you get used to having one, they really do become indespensable.

I hear ya Texas! I sent a Wave and a Skeletool to Leatherman in Febuary. The Skeletool I broke while working and the Wave was just ancient and the exterior tools didn't like to open one handed anymore. They replaced both within 10 days no questions asked. Unreal warranty for great tools. High standard.

Rev, I carried mine every day for three years when I forgot it once I felt naked, kinda weird how quickly you become used to em and how handy they are.

Agreed, so much so I have one in my car just in case I leave the house without one. ;)

My dad had an old leatherman pst and he brought it into the factory in oregon since it was right around the corner from orlur house and asked if they could sharpen it. Didn't have a stone. Anyways about five minutes later the lady came back with a brand new pst2. (A newer improved model)

Seems from what im reading this is their norm, count me in as a fan. cant say it enough, this level of customer service is so rare these days.

Honestly, after thinking about it, this is the first time i've ever sent anything in for warranty work, I usually fix things myself and the money wasnt really even a big deal i'd of prob bought a new one, since I broke it, digging out a bound up winch on a brush truck.
