Condition is lightly used. I carried this a couple of times and has lived mostly in the sheath. I see no scuffs or scratches on the tool. Opening the tool is smooth and easy with no detectable binding. The outside tools open easily with my thumb. There are no stains or tears in the sheath. Multitool will ship with its box, instruction card, and sheath.
