Leatherman is great

Leatherman customer service is outstanding. Several years ago I sent my PST in for some new tools. When they sent my tool back, it was like new, and my uncashed check was taped to it! Just yesterday I purchased a new Wave, and the sheath included was a little too small. Lesley White returned my E-mail this morning saying that the correct sheath was being shipped to me today. No questions or exchange hassles.

I've been a Leatherman Fan since day one so this doesn't surprise me. But it's great to hear. Another good story: I just sent two knives back to Swiss Army Knives and they are going to replace the scales on one and put a new blade on each. Total Cost: $10. Both of these knives are OLD, having been purchased back in the early seventies. One blade was bent and the other sharpened to death. They are replacing the scales for free and the cost is for R&R of the blades. I'm sure not complaining.
