I got my juice c24 today, opened it and started playing with it. First i noticed the pliers are very stiff to open and close, so I stuck some 3 in 1 oil on the pliers it loosened up a little bit. After couple minutes of opening and closing it, black stuff started to come out of the circle. Where they have their logo on the pliers head, what is it? Also is that why its making so tough to open and close the pliers?

I wouldn't worry about it. Some that experience the same with the grease/lube simply use WD40 to clean it up, that's all. Being over zealous with the grease or lube doesn't affect the performance of the tool.
