Have these two items for sale and both are like new condition. The Leatherman comes with pocket clip and leather belt pouch. I have carried it in edc bag but never used it that I can remember $old. The Maxpedition I bought new without tags here on the forum and had some items in it and in my truck but never carried it outside, has just been riding along. $old.
