Leatherman MUT and Maxpedition Thermite Versipack

I picked up the Leatherman used and I only ever used it for the knife. The original bits that come within the tool are all still included but I do not have the sheath or wrench as I did not get them when I bought them. This has a built in pocket clip and spring clip to hook on things anyway. I do like the tool but I am still trying to rebuild some funds. The Maxpedition was also used and has some small marks and wear from use. It is still very solid and is good to go.
This is CONUS and PayPal only and shipping is on me.
I am asking $80 SOLD for the MUT.
I am asking $35 for the Thermite.

Just to clarify, the picture with the WD-40 stains show the back side. The stains are not visible when wearing the pouch.
