The Good: Leatherman (Dwayne) Thanks my friend, I have recieved the knife & it was (note past tense) as described, packaged well (clear bubble wrap, padded bag, USPS box)

The Bad: Royal Mail! Opening the box & padded bag for customs to examin I can accept! Even, opening the bubble wrap to scrutinize the knife (after all, could you resist?) Even taking it out of the sheath & waving it around!

The Ugly: My nice Fallkniven A2 has a dink in the edge:eek: :( But WORSE:grumpy: THE @$$H0£E that opened the bubble wrap used a sharp knife & just slit ALL the way down the backside of the sheath (which now has a corresponding slice running the FULL LENGTH:eek:

Dwayne my friend, please understand that I wouldn't ever hold you responsible for this evil desecration of a wonderful knife. & rest assured, I will pursue this with all my vented rage & fury & see that THEY PAY!!!!!!!!! (I'd like to put a dink on (his?) "business end" & slice him outa his wrapping in the same way:D ;) ) BUT, I guess I'll just have to be happy with making the scumbags pay the official way:grumpy:

Aw man!!! that burns me to no end!!:grumpy: That knife was absolutly mint. Its really sad what some people think that they can get away with. OOOH, That A2 never even had the chance to cut paper in my hands.
If you need evidence of its condition, or a sworn statement of its condition I have pics of it and I will send a letter stating its condition.
That is uncalled for, it wasnt theirs to abuse in any way, that is wilfull destruction of property here in the states!!
I will support you in any way in this matter, just let me know what I need to do and I will do anything I can.
:grumpy:  :grumpy:  :grumpy:

I'll keep you posted as to what's happening, I've set up a complaint (it said "takes up to 10 days") what's the odds it'll be longer:rolleyes:

Thanks guys.

It affects us all this $h!t does, & it ain't right:mad:

Got a bit racked off with no response from Royal Mail, sooo I called a real person (took me ages to get to speak with the right person:mad: )

Well hallelujah:eek: A guy turned up at my house this morning (I told them in no uncertain terms, that I would not be going out of my way to get this sorted, it was their F£$%k up) & Voila, he took a look at the sheath, knife & packaging & said "OK, I'll go do a report" Now I guess I'll have to wait some more, sigh.
