Leatherman Sheath Question?

Will the Leatherman Wave Sheath fit a 1.75" belt? It's the Wilderness Original Instructor 5 stitch version. Thanks:)
 
The first gen nylon sheath (it came with my TiNi Wave) does not. I had to "modify" it a little bit.
