Leatherman Skeletool CX. This one has no serrations on the blade. Pocket clip has been taken off but I can put it back on for you. Comes with custom sheath. Carried no more than 5 times. $70

Leatherman Crunch carried a couple of times but shows no sign of it. Comes with box and nylon sheath. $45
