I am the original Owner of the Leatherman Surge Model with black oxide Coating. This was purchased new by me and was taken out of the package once. I planned on returning it but the return window has now passed. It works great no issues. Just a bit heavy for my needs. Comes with extra file/saw and molle Sheath.
